We bid farewell to Dr. Brian McDonnell, and wish him the very best.  We welcome Dr. Danny Keenan, from the Maori Studies unit at Victoria University, Wellington, as our new New Zealand Fulbright Visiting Scholar.  His interests include: New Zealand Wars and Consequences for Maori, Custom Law and Restorative Justice, Tribal politics and Maori political representation and Comparative Native Histories.  He will be teaching the course entitled New Zealand: Search for Nationhood.  He holds a Ph.D. from Massey University.  We are looking forward to working with Danny and hope many of you will have an opportunity to meet him.
